Postpartum
You’ve just had a baby! So why does that mean you can never jump, run, or bend the same way again? Or sneeze without crossing your legs?… It is common to feel these symptoms and more after having a baby, no matter how you gave birth. However, it is not normal to have these present indefinitely. It is also never too late to address these issues. Postpartum treatment goals may include:
Return to activities such as running, weight lifting, yoga, Pilates, and much more
Decrease risk and/or address urinary/fecal leakage, urgency and frequency
Decrease risk and/or address back/hip/shoulder pains
Return to pain-free and enjoyable sex life
Decrease risk and/or address symptoms of prolapse
Cesarean recovery
Vaginal tearing and episiotomy care
core restoration and diastasis recti care
address pelvic pressure/heaviness
